What to expect when you call

We are frequently most afraid of the unknown, and the course of treatment may seem to be rife with them. We want to provide you a clear picture of the procedure for requesting treatment at The Meadows Texas because of this.

A call is where it all begins. Your information will be gathered, queries regarding treatment expenses will be addressed, and assistance in identifying your treatment needs will be provided by an admissions specialist.

Then, our clinical experts will analyze your data to make sure that our program is a good fit for you. Your clinical overview will be available for our nursing staff and medical director to evaluate prior to your arrival, and your

1. Admissions specialist will contact your insurance company to determine your coverage, if applicable, and assist with any necessary travel arrangements.
2. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted at the door and ushered into a comfortable sitting room. We’ll go over last-minute details, and you’ll say goodbye to loved ones
3. The location of your room is chosen with your monitoring needs in mind. During detox, you will be closer to the nurse’s station. As you transition to inpatient treatment, you may change rooms.
4. Your case manager will work with you to begin discharge planning well before you finish inpatient treatment. The goal is to ensure you have a solid aftercare plan and clear next steps in place
